About Central Laboratory

The central laboratory was established in the fall of 2014, thanks to the efforts of the university's president and vice president for research, in an area of ​​approximately 200 square meters on the ground floor of the university's growth center building, with the introduction of the most up-to-date electron microscopes, and was officially inaugurated in January of the same year by the then Minister of Science, Research, and Technology.

Laboratory Activities:

  • 1- Informing the units of the determined budget amount as well as the conditions for purchasing or updating equipment.

  • 2- Reviewing and compiling laboratory network regulations

  • 3- Signing service contracts between the laboratory and industry

  • 4- Providing and examining the feasibility of providing and equipping the required laboratory equipment

  • 5- Membership in the nationwide laboratory network (Shaa'a)

  • 6- Membership in the Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network
